These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the mospay platform and all services under it. By registering on the site, managing an account, or using any service, the user is considered to have read, understood, and fully accepted these terms.

Only one account is permitted per person, household, or IP address. If an attempt to create multiple accounts is detected, all accounts and their balances will be confiscated.

3.3 — Account Closure

A user may request account closure at any time via live chat or email. Any pending withdrawals must be completed before the account is closed.

The designated payment methods for deposits and withdrawals on mospay are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (for bank transfers, major Bangladeshi banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and Islami Bank can be used).

• Minimum deposit: ৳200 (for each method).
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳800.
• Standard withdrawal processing takes 5–30 minutes.

mospay offers various bonuses. Each bonus has specific wagering requirements; winnings from a bonus cannot be withdrawn unless those requirements are met.

5.1 — Welcome Bonus

New members receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳15,000. A 20x wagering requirement applies to the bonus amount. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳2,000 bonus, making the total balance ৳3,000, and the wagering requirement ৳2,000 × 20 = ৳40,000.

5.2 — Weekly and Other Promotions

mospay runs several promotional offers including a weekly reload bonus. Each offer has its own wagering requirements and validity period, which are stated on the platform while the offer is active.

5.3 — Bonus Abuse

mospay reserves the right to cancel the relevant account and all bonuses and winnings if an attempt is made to gain bonus benefits through multiple accounts or coordinated betting.

All bets and gaming activities on the mospay platform are conducted in accordance with set rules. Each game or betting section has its own specific rules, which can be viewed when the game is launched.

• Once a bet is confirmed it cannot be cancelled or changed, except in the case of a technical error.
• If an unusual outcome occurs due to a software or game interface error, that transaction may be voided.
• In sports betting, if an event is cancelled, the stake for that bet is refunded.
• Live casino game results are recorded automatically — they are not counted manually.
• If evidence of irregularity in a game or event is found, payment may be withheld until the investigation is concluded.
