mospay VIP — Weekly Cashback and Special Benefits for Regular Players
The mospay VIP program has five tiers — from Bronze to Diamond. Active players receive weekly cashback, and as you move up the tiers, the benefits increase.
mospay VIP's Five Tiers
Each tier has a different weekly cashback rate. Below is a description of all five tiers — each with its own benefits and increasing rewards.
Bronze
Where your VIP journey begins. Cashback benefits start from the very first week.
Silver
Reach the next tier after regular play and receive higher cashback.
Gold
Reaching the Gold tier means meaningful cashback returned to you every week.
Platinum
A higher-level experience with a higher cashback rate — step up to Platinum.
Diamond
The top tier — Diamond members receive the best rewards mospay has to offer.
How Weekly Cashback Works
mospay VIP cashback is calculated based on your net loss for the week. Net loss means the total amount lost during the week minus the total amount won — your tier's cashback rate applies to whatever remains.
For example, if someone is a Gold member and their net loss for that week is ৳20,000, they will receive:
This ৳140 is the maximum cashback available at the Gold tier for that week. At the Diamond tier, the cashback on the same loss would be higher.
How to Move Up to Higher Tiers
In the mospay VIP program, your tier is determined by your overall activity — not by any specific deposit or turnover number. By staying regular and active, you can naturally reach higher tiers.
Open an Account and Stay Active
Create an account on mospay and keep playing regularly. The more active you are, the faster your VIP evaluation will be.
Participate Across Different Sections
Slots, live casino, fishing, or sports betting — playing in any section contributes to VIP progress. Regular participation in mospay Slots is a good way to do this.
Tier Evaluation and Upgrade
After a set period, mospay evaluates your activity. If you meet the criteria for a higher tier, your account is upgraded automatically.
Claim Your Cashback
At the end of each week, your earned cashback is calculated and credited to your account. For full terms, please read the Terms and Conditions.
Special Benefits for VIP Members
mospay VIP is not limited to cashback alone. As players move up to higher tiers, they receive a number of additional benefits.
Faster Withdrawals
Withdrawal requests from VIP members are processed on a priority basis. They are typically completed within 5–30 minutes.
Early Access to Special Promotions
VIP members are informed about certain promotions earlier and can participate in them before they become available to regular members.
Priority Support
VIP members' queries are answered via 24/7 live chat and email support in both Bengali and English.
Higher Cashback Limits
As your tier increases, so does your weekly cashback rate — from 0.2% at Bronze up to 1.2% at Diamond.
What You Get Beyond Cashback
The main goal of the mospay VIP program is to recognise long-term players. Through regular participation and staying active, members get priority not only for cashback but also for various seasonal and special event rewards.
Additionally, when VIP members play live casino games at mospay Casino, their experience is further enriched because various benefits are already active on their accounts.
- Birthday special reward (Birthday Joy Reward) — up to ৳1,500
- Extra reward for referring a friend (Bring a Friend, Win with mospay)
- Opportunity to claim a weekly reload bonus

Play Responsibly
Do not play more just to earn more cashback
VIP cashback is a reward — it is not a reason to play more. Playing beyond your budget in pursuit of cashback is a poor decision. Set a limit for yourself each week and stick to it.
mospay believes responsible play is the most enjoyable in the long run. The VIP program is designed to reward players who play at their own pace, within their own budget.
If you feel you are losing control over your play, please read our Responsible Gaming Guide and seek help if needed. This site is for those aged 21 and above.
